How Have I changed?

I think from since last year, I have changed a lot. 

• I have took more risks with the way I dress and worn things my way. 
• Learnt more about fashion.
• I have become more confident with applying make-up and finding out what suits me best.
• Most of all, just being myself but I am still willing to change in the future for the better.

Day 27- Why are you doing this 30 day challenge

When I first discovered this 30 day challenge, I wanted to do it because I thought it would help keep my blog active. I kept running out of things to blog about so this challenge did help. However, as days passed, I got bored of having to talk about things the challenge wanted me to blog about. So I would skip days and struggle to stick to the challenge. So this challenge took longer than 30 days.

On the other hand I did learn a lot from this challenge. It helped me develop my writing for my blog. Now that it is coming to an end. I am going to miss blogging about random subjects other than fashion and make-up.

Day 26- What you think about your friends

Song Of The Month

I love listening to this song when I am feeling down. It is a nice relaxing song to listen to, it keeps me calm. The video is just so beautiful and I love her smoky voice.

It goes well with the song.

She has a nice image also, great style.

Day 25- What I would find in your bag

I throw everything in my bag, especially when I do not have time to get ready. All my make-up comes along with me.

On a day-to-day basis, in my bag you will find:

•  vaseline cocoa butter, I like to cream my skin so it looks shiny.
• Lipstick or lipgloss, I like to bring with me as I have to re-apply it if it comes off during the day.
• A mirror- I always have to make sure I am looking beautiful throughout the day. I am so vein.
• My purse of course, how far would I go without my money.
• My ipod-just incase I have to catch the train or bus or walk alone. I don't like to sit there bored. I have to have music to my ears.
• Water- I like to stay healthy.
• My digital camera- I like to take pictures everywhere I go. To capture the good times.

Kim Kardashian Inspired Smokey Eyes

Hey everyone, From what I have gathered from visiting a few people's blogs. I have noticed people admire Kim Kardashian hair, make-up and fashion. I think she always looks good. She wears amazing dresses and her eye make-up is always looking nice.

In the picture above, I love the way Kim has her eye make-up in the photo. It really makes her eyes pop and stand out. I been wanting to do this make-up look for a while and I have now finally got round to it. Here is my attempt.

Achieve This Look

Step one- Apply concealer all over your eyelids as a base for your eyeshadow.

Step Two- Put dark brown eyeshadow on the eyelids and the lower lashline.

Step Three- Next, black eyeshadow must be applied on the eyelids to achieve the black smokey eye look.

Step Four- For the finishing touches, apply white eyeshadow on the eyebrow bone to highlight eyebrows and eyeline your eyes and apply mascara. Add hot pink lipgloss to the lips and pink blusher to the cheeks.

I had fun with applying make-up to achieve Kim Kardashian make-up look.I felt like a glam model for the day. However I got so excited I wanted to do the whole look. I wanted to dress like her. Could I be the next Kim Kardashian? Er..maybe. Do I have what it takes? well let's take a peak.

Hey everyone, I would just like to say thank you to everyone for leaving comments and joining my blog. This is so great ,it makes me happy to read these comments and  wow I have almost 80 followers. Thank you everyone for joining. I will try my best to keep posting things that will interest you.

August is nearly over and I will have to go back to studying soon and I will not have much time to blog anymore :( I will miss blogging. Lately I have not had time to work on my upcoming post so I thought I would post a 'outfit of the day' which should have been posted 2 years ago. Day 22- What makes you different from everyone

What Makes Me Different From Everyone Else?

To be honest I am really finding it difficult to put into words how to answer this question. It makes more sense in my head as I am sure everyone thinks of themselves different to everyone else. Everyone is unique and no-one can possibly be like anyone else even if they try to be. You can copy their hairstyle,clothes, make-up but you cannot experience what they experience. You can never be that person. Anyway back on topic, I think it would be much easier if I had someone describe the reasons why they think I am different to everyone else. As I believe people sometimes tend to notice things that you don't notice yourself do/say.      


I feel that I am different to everyone else because I have my own unique style. I like to express myself differently through music and dance and the way I dress. I don't follow the crowd. I tend to go with my own emotions when I am looking for an outfit. When i am listening to music, it can relate to how I am feeling. I been told that I am not good at expressing myself, many times I am misunderstood. I do open my horisions and I am keen to learn about other cultures.  I do like fun, I like a laugh. However as I said people can misinterpret me.

Cristiano Ronaldo is my dream guy. If I ever marry a guy in the future...he would have to play like Ronaldo, look like Ronaldo, talk like Ronaldo and act like Ronaldo. I am in love with Ronaldo and one day I will go to watch one of his matches when he is playing for Real Madrid and if I am lucky, maybe one day I will meet him in person.

Day 19- Nicknames you have; why do you have them

Hey everyone,

Just incase you do not know, My name is Tanya. It will be so hard trying to remember all the nicknames I have but here they are:

1). Tanyar:- My mom gave me this nickname while I was in my teens because she thought it would be a good stage name for me as I enjoy performing on stage and she also thought it had a little bit of attitude to it.

2). Teeny:- When I was a little girl, I would wake up to my mom calling me this because she knew I loved 'tots tv'.

3). Lil. T :- I was going through the stage at high school when I wanted to be ghetto so I changed my slang a little and just like everyone else, I named my self 'lil' and put the first letter of my name after lil. The name lil.T stuck on me. Everyone would call it me because I was little.

London Birthday Pictures

I'm finding it hard to find time to respond to everyone's comments. I will get round to doing so eventually. As I mentioned in the previous post, I said I would be doing a post of what I wore in London. Here are some of my faourite outfits, including some scenery pictures. I think this will be my first ever long post. As I enjoy taking so many pictures.

This is me on my way to London, I wore a patterned jumpsuit, grey handbag, gladiator sandals and a black jacket. We had to catch so many trains to get to the hotel but we had so many laughs on the way.

This is another one of my favorite outfits. I wore a maxi dress to watch Chicago at West End. It was amazing. I enjoyed the nightlife in London, everywhere was so beautiful.
