I Am Feeling Autumnal: NOTD

Hey Bloggers,

It has been a long while since I have done a blog post for you all. And I have decided it is time to come back for some Autumn themed posts. Because I love Autumn!

To kick start the Autumn, i have painted my nails with a theme of orange and green. Originally I wanted to paint my nails bright green, but then I decided to add a twist of the orange.

What colours will you be painting your nails this Autumn?

Hey Bloggers,

I felt like it was time to paint my nails. I have been in the house on lockdown and I thought it would be nice to pamper myself. I decided to make a statement with these bright, red nails! I used rimmel 60 seconds super shine 310 double decker red.

Please excuse my messy painting. In the summer I chose to paint my nails a nice sky blue.

What do you think of this colour?

Let me know in the comments below.

Funeral post + OOTD

Hey bloggers,

A month into the new year, I lost my cousin. As you can imagine, it was a difficult time for me and the family. I finally plucked up the strength to blog about this day. But I want this post to be more focused on what I wore on the day.

To begin with, I applied the primark press on nails that I blogged about in my previous blog haul. These nails kept flicking off so I had to walk around with a nail glue in my handbag. By the end of the night, I did not care to keep sticking on these nails.

In the picture below is a photo of me saying goodbye to my cousin.

For my outfit, I wore a sleeveless black turtleneck dress paired with my embellished necklace and my blazer and ankle boots.

I am sorry to share this bad news with you guys but I felt it was important to tell as I have been very absent from my blog since it has happened. But now, I am finally back into the blogging world.

NOTD-Bright coral nails

Hey bloggers :)

Summer is here and I am loving the idea of wearing bright colours on my nails. I borrowed my mother's nail polish and painted my nails with this beautiful coral polish.

Firstly I painted my nails with one coat of white polish and then I painted my nails with 2 coats of W7.
Please excuse the poor condition of my peeling nails. I hope you all like this nail colour. I do not know the name of the polish but if anyone wants to know the name of this polish then leave a comment below and I will get back to you.

Lace Nails

Hi bloggers,

Today I decided to be a little experimental with my nails. I wanted to try out a lace design.

I painted my nails with a thin coat of a light pink polish. Once this coat dried, I painted a lace design on top of the pink polish.

I really liked how this design turned out. However, I found it difficult to paint my right-hand as I am right handed. Painting my nails made me appreciate the art of lace and it also made me associate lace with the hippie style.
Have you ever rocked lace nails?

NOTD: Sparkle in Pink!

Hi Bloggers,

I apologise for being away for so long. It has been almost a month since I have last blogged. I will try my best to blog more often. I do miss blogging but I guess life has took over. I have found it difficult to get myself into a routine and stay organised but I am currently working on that.

Anyway, today I would like to share with you my nails. I painted my nails a pretty pink and added a clear glitter on top for some sparkle. I also added three gems to one of my nails.

What do you think of my nails?

Mint Nails

Hi bloggers,

Isn't this nail colour hot? I am currently loving the mint colour. I borrowed my mother's nail polish as I really wanted mint nails. I do apologise for the messy nails. I can be messy when it comes to painting nails.

What do you think of my nail colour?
Do you own anything in the colour mint?

Sparkle Nails

Hi bloggers,

Today I would like to share with you my glitter nails which I wore during the Christmas holiday. They would also be perfect if you want to glam up your nails for a special occasion.

In the first picture, I am wearing a gold nail polish and I sprinkled gold glitter on top. On the second picture, I painted my nails grey and used one coat of silver glitter on top.

I hope you like both of my manicures.
What nail polish are you wearing on your nails right now?

Christmas Nails

Hi bloggers,

Today I decided to paint my nails in the festive colours. I love red polish but I also like it paired with gold nails.

My nails still peel so I apologise for the uneven look of my nails.

What do you think of my nails? Have you started painting your nails in Christmas designs?

Black Nails for Fall

Hi bloggers,

For fall, I wanted to go even darker with my nails. I decided to paint my nails black with Barry M.

Superdrug: £2.99

3 coats.

This polish is very thin and I had to put a lot of polish on my brush to give my nails an even coat. I like Barry M polishes but I will never buy a black polish from Barry M again because of the poor quality.

Dark Nails For Fall

Hey bloggers,

Here is another NOTD. I apologise for my messy nails but I want you to focus on the colour of the nails. This nail colour certainly gets me in the mood for fall. It is a must: to paint your nails in dark colours for Autumn.

What do you think of my nail colour? What nail varnish are you currently wearing?

NOTD- The blue ocean

Hi bloggers,

Today I got pampered by my friend . She wanted to paint my nails as they had chipped dull polish on. She painted my nails with two different shades of blue and it was a different design to what I see everyday.
Do you like my manicure?

NOTD

Hiya bloggers,

I finally went back to the professionals to get my nails done. I wanted to get stiletto nails as I have been wanting my nails like that again but never had the patience to file them into that shape.

I paid £20 for the acrylics and did not get them painted at the nail salon as I would of had to pay extra for the nails to be painted. I actually like them plain as they look like my real nails.

I really loved them and I could not stop looking at them and I did not want to paint them.

I started with Barry M white polish as the base. I know I have painted on my skin too. I am not very neat at painting nails.

I waited for the white polish to dry, then I added leopard print to the nails.

What do you think? Do you like my nail design?

NOTD

Hi bloggers,

Here is another 'nail of the day'. I was experimenting with some new nail polishes that my mother brought me for Christmas. I wanted to do the 'one nail trend' because I feel that painting nails one colour is plain and adding another colour makes it look more fun and unique.
However, these nails were fake nails as my real nails are not healthy. They chip the minute I paint them.

But these nails was easy to glue on as they were press on nails. But they did not last long, one nail fell off after taking the picture above. Maybe next time I apply these nails...I will splurge more glue on.

Pointed nails will scratch your eyes out

Hi bloggers,

I am totally in love with the pointed nails trend and I decided to save me a few pounds and do-it-myself at home. I must say I kept accidently scratching myself with these nails and it took me forever to file these down to a pointy shape. They are absolutely gorgeous and I painted the nails with the one nail trend.

Enjoy the pictures:

NOTD: Polka dots and hearts

Hi bloggers,

Today I purchased some cute press on nails  because I really wanted some polka dot nails and I did not want to paint them myself-so I thought it would be quicker to apply press on nails. They were easy to apply as I only needed to file my nails and apply the press-on nails with the glue that it came with.

This is how the nails looked when I applied them:

This is how the nails looked after one week:

I also got bored of the nails and decided to paint them with lilac polish. It reminded me of a pretty butterfly. The beautiful lilac next to the polka dots. I think I prefer the nails with the lilac nail polish.

What do you think of my nails? How long do your press on nails last? Do you wear press on nails?

Thank you for reading,

NOTD For New Years

Hi bloggers,

This is another late post again. I still have a lot of things to blog about but because I am busy, I can only blog when I have time to do so.

I was experimenting with my nails and painted them with silver and purple on a diagonal line and painted glitter as a top coat.

I am impressed with how they turned out. I do apologise for the quality of the picture.

What do you think of my nails?

How did you wear your nails for New Years?

Thank you for reading :)

NOTD: stripes

Hello bloggers,

I removed my acrylic nails and again I am back to weak brittle nails. So I decided to paint them. I chose a stripe pattern of pink, white and lilac. It was hard to do as I never had a thin brush so I apologise if it looks messy.

I hope you like the design,

Thank you for reading :)
