Ciara Inspired Hairstyle + FOTD

Hi Bloggers,

Today I decided to cainrow my hair going back like Ciara's. I have been told that braids suit me, so I chose to do my hair like Ciara's. I braided my hair myself but sadly, my hair does not hold plaits after getting a trim. Next time I might put elastic bands in at the ends of my plaits.

I also did my eye make-up too and wanted to share it with you bloggers. I attempted doing a smokey eye look. Enjoy the pictures below.

Me trying to model with my eyes.
I used purples and black for this smokey eye effect. It took me forever to achieve this look.
I hope you enjoyed this post.

NOTD

Hi bloggers,

Here is another 'nail of the day'. I was experimenting with some new nail polishes that my mother brought me for Christmas. I wanted to do the 'one nail trend' because I feel that painting nails one colour is plain and adding another colour makes it look more fun and unique.
However, these nails were fake nails as my real nails are not healthy. They chip the minute I paint them.

But these nails was easy to glue on as they were press on nails. But they did not last long, one nail fell off after taking the picture above. Maybe next time I apply these nails...I will splurge more glue on.

Fun Dance Photoshoot

Hi bloggers,

Today I took part in a really fun photo shoot with a few other dancers. This photo shoot was for a promotion of a new girl band. We took some fun shots in the park. I felt awkward going down the slide and going on the roundabout in my heels, it was not safe at all.

The following pictures are a few that my dance teacher took on her phone.

Enjoy! I am wearing a neon pink blouse, denim shorts and beige heels.

What I would wear to an interview

Hi bloggers,

This post is for those who have an upcoming interview and have no idea what to wear. My best advice would be to dress smart.

In this post, I will be showing you what I would wear to an interview. I enjoy wearing smart clothing.

In this outfit, I am wearing a 3 piece suit and  a scarf. A scarf would be suitable if it is chilly outside and you do not want to wear a coat on top of your blazer.

This is the same exact outfit but without the scarf.

Blazer: Peacocks
Top: ASDA
Skirt: ASDA

If you wear glasses, wear them to your interview to complete the smart look.

I hope this post was useful and thank you for reading :)

If you have requests on outfit ideas, then leave your suggestions in a comment below and I will happily make a post for you.

Pointed nails will scratch your eyes out

Hi bloggers,

I am totally in love with the pointed nails trend and I decided to save me a few pounds and do-it-myself at home. I must say I kept accidently scratching myself with these nails and it took me forever to file these down to a pointy shape. They are absolutely gorgeous and I painted the nails with the one nail trend.

Enjoy the pictures:

New Haircut + DIY hair chain

Hi bloggers,
I recently got my hair trimmed at the hairdressers. I had a lot of spilt ends so it needed to be cut. I'm still not used to my hair being this length, I miss being able to put my hair in a high bun and styling my hair into the usual hairstyles, such as a ponytail. I know I will get used to it but I am planning on growing my hair back to the length it used to be.

You can see pictures of my haircut below:

In the pictures, you will also see the head chain that I made. I think head chains are stylish and do look lovely when you are going out somewhere nice. It also adds a nice Greek Goddess look to your outfit. I certainly want to make more of these head chains. The only downfall is that my hair gets trapped in the chain when I want to take it off but other than that, I love my head chain.

My New Ludanmei Lipstick

Hi Bloggers,

Today, I wanted to treat myself to a new lipstick. I love lipsticks and I treated myself to this lipstick because it was cheap. I do not like to splash out on  a lot of money for lipstick as I like to wear different colour lipsticks everyday. I also liked this lipstick as it came in a thin twisty tube.
