Maybelline Gel eyeliner

Hey bloggers, 

I am always trying out new eyeliners. I usually put liquid liner on my top lid and pencil eyeliner on my lower lash. However today I decided to try out 'Maybelline gel eye liner' in black.

It came with  a thin brush to apply the eyeliner on with. It was very easy to apply, like I was applying paint on a piece of paper. Very much easy to use and I certainly would buy it again. This is the first time I have used gel eyeliner and I am pleased with the results. It was very bold on my eyes and made my dark brown eyes pop and it also lasted throughout the day and did not smudge.

This is the result of how it looked on my eye. It is much darker than the picture and it makes my eyes stand out.

The weather was beautiful today in England. The sun was shining and I decided to do a 'outfit of the day' for this lovely weather. Enjoy the pictures. I also wore red lips to brighten up my outfit.

DIY Tutu skirt project.

Hiya bloggers,

I always see a lot of diy on blogs but I never thought I would ever try to make something myself. Mainly because I might just do it all wrong and waste material and it might not turn out the way I want it to. However I can see why people make things their self as it is cheaper and you can design it whichever way you want it to.

I would like to make a tutu skirt because I think they are pretty and beautiful to look at. I have not brought the materials needed yet but at the moment I have been reading a lot of tutorials on how to do a tutu skirt.

I will keep you all updated with this project and will show you all the end result.

Saturday Night

Hey everyone,

Saturday night, I went to a fundraising party for my cousin. I did not know what to wear so I brought a dress from River Island and wore it with a fur vest to keep warm, because none of my blazers went well with the dress.

For make-up, I wore red lips with black smokey eyes and false lashes.

Hair Colour Change

Hello everyone,

I decided to dye half of my hair a light brown. I got so bored of the black and I wanted a change. I left the back my natural black hair color so I could have the two tone look. I rarely dye my hair, if I do then I colour it with dark brown highlights. So I wanted to be more adventurous and dye it a lighter colour so it is more noticeable. I am not used to this color yet. I suppose after a few weeks I will love it- well I hope I do.

It kind of looks like a fire-y ginger in the picture.

What I brought today.

Hello everybody,

Today I treated myself to a new pink lip gloss, pink nail polish and a concealer. In Superdrug they had a deal on, buy 1 lip gloss/ lipstick and get a nail polish of your choice for free. I was in the mood for pink as you an see. Below you will see swatches of each item.

Concealer

I think I will use this concealer as a base for my eyeshadows. I have tried concealing under eye dark circles and it never works for me. It just emphasizes them even more.

Lip Gloss

I think this pink lip gloss would be perfect to apply over my pink lipsticks to give it a little shine.

Pink Nail Polish

I really like this pink polish. I did not have time to paint all my nails but I sure will paint my nails in this colour when the weather gets a bit more warmer.

Christmas Presents

I received a beautiful eyeshadow pallete with 80 colours, a morgan de toi perfume and body cream and a cute leopard print headband which you will see in a future post and a make-up brush set.

New Hairstyle

I decided to straighten my hair and give it some bangs. I was bored of my hair and wanted to be a little adventurous by giving it some bangs. I really like it. What do you think bloggers?
